I think we’ve been here before.   Some kind of common native paper wasp.  I’ve also come across nests in the bush.  Adults feeding larvae.  The arrow shows a larva sticking out its head.  They give a bit of a sting if you carelessly put your hand on one.   Easy to zap with a bit of spray, but I can live with them.
