Hi all, My housemate - not a birder, but a decent and reliable naturalist - saw an owlet nightjar under a lamppost on Walu St in Aranda late one evening "about a week ago" (she just told me last night). I'm not sure if this is worth reporting or not, but just thought I'd pass along the word. I'm jealous! I guess I should ride my bike around more at in the middle of the night.
