O'Connor: unusual birds in our GBS

Today we had Red-browed Finches and a female Leaden Flycatcher in our back yard. Miller Street is not a good place to look for either of these species although it is not too far from the ANBG, which is. I suppose that this is indicative of the beginnings of post-breeding dispersal.
