I could only think of three possibilities (a passerine with that sort of beak) that sort of match the colour pattern. Of those three, only one matches the shape, and that would be Rufous Whistler, but I haven't seen one like that (with a reddish cap).

At a rough guess I would say a just out of nest Rufous Whistler.
