Two aspects of this are of interest:\
(1) It may be the most suburban breeding location in Canberra, although others may well correct me on that.
 
(2) It is a fairly late breeding start, will the pair make it to raise young? Possibly, it is a 2nd nesting attempt after failure of a first. Very little is known about the breeding biology of the Dollarbird as a check of HANZAB reveals. No information on incubation and nestling period etc.
 
 I'll watch with great interest this chat line for future reports from Robin Hide and others about the fate of this breeding attempt.
