Yes I agree. It is regular at that site over several years. Although, if
they are the only ones in the region, then in total they would still be
a rare species in the ACT.

I've raised this before, but I continue to find it bizarre that
Blue-billed Duck is accorded the status of "Rare vagrant in the ACT".
At least it is now acknowledged that breeding has been recorded from the
Fyshwick STP, but the fact is that for quite a few years now, BBDs have
been moreorless resident at this location.  It may be localised but it
most certainly is not a rare vagrant!
