I heard woodswallows as I was passing the dead trees at Coppins Crossing, so I pulled in for a quick look. There were at least a hundred woodswallows (probably 2/3 White-browed Woodswallows and the rest Masked Woodswallows). It looked like the birds were gathering to roost ahead of the strong winds and approaching dusts.

Also a few Rainbow Bee-eater, a single Horsfields Bronze-cuckoo, one Black-shoulded Kite, and 2 Wedge-tailed Eagles.

Cheers Dan
