About 11am today I heard rattling coming from my nest box that a Sugar Glider ate the Eastern Rosella chicks from in mid October. Some minutes after I heard the rattling I saw an Eastern Rosella in the entrance looking out. I heard similar rattling on previous occasions before ERs started laying. I think they are preparing to start again. I wonder if it's the same pair that lost their chicks to the Sugar Glider.

If you are thinking of putting up a nest box for rosellas it apeears that it's not too late.
Cheers
Peter
