Milburn has pre-empted me. I am in the same area as him, and would
see/hear LCs much more often than either Galahs or SCCs these days. A
test will come next winter, when the SCCs traditionally gather in big
numbers to feed on fallen Pin Oak acorns in Haig Park.
My prediction is that the LCs will become prominent across Canberra in
time; they are a successful, stroppy little beast!

Of late O'Connor has been overrun with Little Corellas. 3 years ago
it was exciting to have a record for the GBS. In the last several
months I cannot go outside without seeing or hearing them. More
disturbing is the fact that encounters with Sulphur-crested Cockatoos
have decreased dramatically. I suspect that I may have a week where I
do not record Sulphur-crested Cockatoos just around the corner.
Little Corellas have been roosting on the ANU campus in increasing
numbers for several years and flying out in the morning along
Sullivan's Creek, largely overflying O'Connor. The sudden change has
come from the fact that they are now distributing through the suburb
and feeding during the day.
