ear tagged Roo- any one know the contact details for researcher [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

I saw an E Grey Kangaroo with eartags
this morning at Nth Curtin Horse Paddocks
Left blue, right cream with single digit
or letter. Does any one know the contact details for the researcher.
