Hello John et al.
This sort of information should go to Murray Evans of the 'Wildlife Research and Monitoring Unit' in the ACT Gov't.  I'm not sure what Department it is now but it used to be "Environment ACT" when I worked there a few years ago. All pest animal control proposals in the ACT are vetted by Murray as far as I know.  If not, he can redirect it to the appropriate person.
