Starting last Friday I find that I have added 9 species to my year 29 GBS Chart, and the week is not yet done.  Of these 4 are retunring migrants to the Carwoola area (Fan-tailed Cuckoo, Rufous Whistler, Black-faced Cuckoo-shrike, Western Gerygone); 1 addition to the site list (3 extremely noisy Fuscous Honeyeaters), and 4spasmodically recorded species (White-faced Heron, Brown Goshawk,  Silvereye - possibly migrants - and Red-browed Finch).  I won't speculate on the reasons for this upsurge.
