I have found the following map on the TAMS site (which appears to have changed address so the link on the COG website to the CNP maps under maps and forms no longer works). Without groundtruthing this map, it seems to cover the Sanctuary access etc rather nicely. I have printed a copy on A4 paper - my printer doesn't do A3) - and it seems quite adequate.
