Hi Julian
when I was still working, and hence driving most days through the tunnel
near Parliament House, it was not unusual to see a white faced heron on
the small grass slope beside the end of the tunnel - never seemed to be
bothered by the constant three lanes of traffic, and no doubt attracted by
the very well watered grass and food that contained.
