I certainly agree with Anthony. It is a sparrowhawk. The forked tail tip and tiny beak are obvious.

This time in Wanniassa.  This morning, it was sitting on the fence eyeing off the next-door neighbour’s pet rabbits.

 

My next email contains the adult brown gosshawk from Callum Brae for comparison.
