The Horse Crossing, ‘Campbell Park’, a venue for observing a cross-section of woodland birds, especially in the breeding season.  Horses, along with joggers and walkers, do actually pass over this structure from time to time.  The associated fence delimits Campbell Park strictly speaking, a Commonwealth Defence-administered area, from the area to the north which is part of ‘Canberra Nature Park’, specifically the  ACT’s Mount Ainslie Reserve.
