A
short note by Anne Breckwoldt in CBN 34(2): 136 reports on a Magpie-lark fishing
and that it has not previously been recorded in HANZAB. Do not always regard
HANZAB as complete. As it happens, I have previously had this discussion, as
shown in the email messages below: I do not recall who wrote the original
message but I assume it to be in canberrabirds in about March 2005. I don't know
if it was ever published properly.

Hi Geoff,
Thank you for the answer. Nice to hear. I have just
outlaid money to buy each of the HANZAB (apart from V2 & V3 that I already
have here). The piscivorous magpie larks was not my observation but a new
correspondent to the cog email list made mention of this really only in passing.
I picked up on it being strange. Pity it is late but I will pass it on to her
and suggest that she does write it up anyway.
