I enjoyed a walk in Palmerville Heritage Park during the week. Of note was a small flock (I saw six but there may have been more) of Dusky Woodswallows. A Superb Fairywren was showing blue plumage. Other birds present were mainly the larger birds like Magpies and Galahs. As I walked across the bridge overlooking Ginninderra Creek I saw what I assumed to be the resident Great Egret that is often on the Giralang wetland. The Black Swan family is still on the McKellar wetland.
