An interim report highlighting the key issues raised through the review of the Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) will be available next week. COG provided a written submission, was then invited to and participated in a verbal submission which then led to an additional written submission.

This is the first review of the EPBC Act since it commenced in July 2000. Public comment on the interim report will be invited. For further information, visit: http://www.environment.gov.au/epbc/review/
