Queanbeyan is first?

I recall - but can't relocate - some recent messages about Black swans nesting.  This afternoon I spotted three very young cygnets (definitly cute and not ugly ducklings) enjoying the waters of Queanbeyan Weir.  I make no claim to being able to age cygnets precisely but would be surprised if these were >1 week old.
