I have noticed a 'resident' flock of Little Ravens in the Majura valley over the past months. Some mornings some 16 birds are present on the open ground between Brand Depot and Majura Rd. For the past few weeks a flock of almost 100 birds has been present in a ploughed paddock by the 'Majura House' property.

On Saturday afternoon while driving up the Federal Hwy just past the Antill St roundabout a Wedge-tailed Eagle flew low across the road at tree height chased by magpies. A wonderful sight.

Cheers
Marnix
