This mail from the BirdingAus list should be of interest to some:

"a preliminary determination has been made to list the Little Eagle as vulnerable on the NSW Threatened Species Conservation Act along with Flame Robin, Scarlet Robin, Varied Sitella and White-browed Woodswallow. See ."

The Little Eagle was listed in the ACT last year. The Varied Sitella is also listed in the ACT. It is worrying to see that the two robins are listed outside our border.
