The card may be made in Australia but I don't think the bird is. My guess would be Red-and-Yellow barbet from East Africa http://avibase.bsc-eoc.org/species.jsp?lang=EN&id=BA2E806702DFEAFA&ts=1238654198736&sec=summary.
