Subject: [canberrabirds] Honeyeater movement

Out in the lower Cotter catchment (Pierces Creek/ Laurel Camp) this Saturday morning there was a definite movement of Yellow-faced Honeyeaters. Several small groups (10-20 birds) were 'chip-chipping' their way eastward, mostly following the remnants of bush through the now regenerating former pine plantations.

Also many pardalotes (both spp) and Silvereyes, a couple of Scarlet Robins and one Flame Robin.
