I've been called by a member of the public who's already tried the ACT govt and the RSPCA without any luck.  A rosella has attacked her and/or her neighbour daily for past 3 weeks, drawing blood on occasion. Stays on the ground some of the time and runs at her when she's outside, and will climb up clothing and bite.  I believe its an eastern (she thought my description of eastern sounded more like the bird, but she didn't know there were different types!)  She's tried feeding it but that hasn't stopped it attacking her. It hangs around with other rosellas when they're around, but stays when they leave.  Sounds to me like an escapee with a real grudge.

Anyone with any ideas to help this lady?  The ACT govt person she spoke to said because its a native it can't be relocated.

She's in Isaacs and I have her contact details if someone would like to speak to her or organise to go and visit to see what can be done. COG seems her last resort - it was the ACT govt person who suggested she call COG!
