Greetings. This arvo Noela and I did some more surveys at the Birchman's
Estate site at Wamboin. Returned to where we has seen the Hooded Robins
earlier in the year and there they were again, this time two adults and
a dependent young being fed. In the same 2ha/20 min survey we 'noced on
to Southern Whitefaces and Diamond Firetails, among other species. So,
if you want to preserve a great spot for threatened woodland birds, may
I suggest purchasing Lot 14, Birchman's Estate, Wamboin:
http://birchmans.com.au/ . Suddenly before someone else does so and
bulldozes the vegetation, birds and all. Google Earth link attached.
