Hi all,
This morning (around 10:30 am) I heard some Little Lorikeet calls in my GBS site in Rivett. I waited with bated breath (having missed this species all 3 times I visited Acacia Inlet). Having heard them again, I did a runner inside to get the bins. As it turned out, this was a big mistake, as I could not locate them again.
Infuriating as it is, I have now heard Little Lorikeets but not seen them, in the ACT. They appeared to be calling from a large eucalypt flowering profuesly near our house. I will keep an eye out just in case they return.
Cheers
Tobias
