A mid morning dog walk in bushland on the south eastern edge of Queanbeyan today resulted in the most unexpected sighting of a single Lewin's Honeyeater feeding in a flowering Yellow Box. There were numerous White-eared Honeyeaters around (as usual for this location) and the odd Yellow-faced.

Regards,
Leo.
