I think there's a bit of a mix-up here. That quote was originally " Who-ever is sick of London. Is sick of life" which was accredited to Samuel Pepys circa 1700s. I'm sure what was really meant was, that they "should be seen and not heard" accredited to The United Front against Air Pollution.(UFAP) CEO.- A. Smith. Patron B. Rusk.
