Thank you so much Alistair, these calls are well worth reporting, I haven't heard a call from one of these for so long now, it must be easily a day or two. Sadly no one else seem to bother with reporting the presence of these, alas they are preoccupied with the "Me Too" reporting of another bird,  
  The thing I find interesting Alistair, is the 12 hour time frame apart that they called.   Is the "Reid" magpie and the "Campbell" Magpie one of the same, remember they can call quite loudly, or are there actually two?   It has more than enough time to fly between these suburbs, MMMM,  food for thought.  Anyway keep up the good work.
