The ANPS walk today was to the Tinderries, with stops in the grasslands just outside Michelago; the high point of the road across the range; and a swamp or two on the Eastern side of the range. 42 species were recorded. Hghlights were Brush Cuckoo (excellent views); Wonga pigeon (ditto); Satin Flycatcher ON, Rufous Whistler NB; Crested Pigeon NB and Grey Fantail NB. Martin |
