Spoonbills: there are now three nests, 2 with sitting birds and a pair in the the third (upper) nest appearing to be rather friendly (although I don't know if they are yet bonded). Carwoola Frogmouths: There are two chicks in the nest (the oldest being at least 6 days old). The Pied Currawongs above them fledged 4 days ago so their lives are more (a) peaceful and (b) likely to be longer. Martin |
