Did a little way into Stoney Creek NR. My highlight was a colony of 8 Rainbow Bee-eaters making a heap of noise, couldn't get very close but the spot they were buzzing around look like
a prime river band spot for breeding. Got swooped by the same Brown
Goshwak as last week but I saw Wagtails giving it heaps later (haha!). Strangest thing I saw on the day was an echidna swim across the Murrumbidgee! Simon |
