I've had reports from some of the landholders in the Taylors Creek area (east side of Lake George) of a dark-coloured falcon, possibly a Black Falcon.

Why not come and help us try and find one? We could still use some assistance with the Taylors Creek outing this coming Sunday 19th October. We need several small survey teams to visit a number of different habitat types on different properties. The morning finishes with a bbq lunch provided by the landcare group. Anyone is welcome to attend and each survey team will have an experienced birder to form the nucleus of the team.

If you would like to join the outing and visit this under-surveyed part of the COG region please let me know by Thursday 16th so we can arrange catering. Either reply by email or phone numbers below.

thanks
