Hi Terry and all,
I was at the Sandwash yesterday afternoon and, as with my previous visits in the past couple of weeks, no Bee-eaters were evident.

I went there yesterday to see if any Bee-eaters were around yet and also to try and get some pics of the Hooded Robins if I could. Dipped on both counts - I think the Bee-eaters havent actually arrived at the location yet and the Robins were probably quite sensibly resting up through the afternoon heat!

As consolation, I did find a Sacred Kingfisher and, while I was watching a pair of Brown Thornbills in a wattle near the riverbank, this came swimming by. Made up for dipping out on the target species!!!!
