Excellent Marnix! My preferred program would be Anthony Overs' address on
the Friday evening (must think of a few questions - maybe 'are you a
twitcher?') followed by the Pub Grub Special washed down by a half litre of
House Red, and then up early for the 5-30am Bird Watching Tour, then back
for a bit of interface with Pirate Pete and his famous cockatoo, but early
to bed (straight after 'Storm Boy'), looking forward all the while to the
Sunday, with the Camp Oven Stew and the Bush Dance with Tinkler's Curse
belting out rural melodies.
Who said birdwatchers are shy, introverted and uncomfortable socially?
