A friend in Fraser has Superb Parrots on Mt Rogers. The question about breeding is interesting.
Subject: Superbs To: martin butterfield <> Marti, You may have heard already (?), but you might want to let the birding world know that this morning as I started my run there were a small flock of 6 - 8 superbs on the ground feeding just behind Avery place and on the second lap they were on the ground on the Daley Cres side of the Wickens Place car park. They are early - must be nesting up here this year? |
