Definitely a good sighting.

Steve Wilson's book describes the situation concluding with sightings in Waramanga in April - May 1998.

The first GBS record was in Year 18 (ie 1998 - 99) from the first week of July 1998.  There have been records from various sites in 7 of the years from 18 up to 26, usually around this time of year.

Indeed!

A good find for Canberra if I'm not mistaken.

Cheers!

Pigeon query

Feeding amongst a flock of 16 galahs this morning on an Ainslie nature strip (Toms Crescent), was this
pigeon which has me puzzled. I thinks its an immature White-headed Pigeon?  Robin Hide
