Not wishing to put myself up as an expert, the attached graph plots the number of observations of Olive-backed Oriole by week over the 26 processed years of the Garden Bird Survey.  The red dot is this week (week 30) so it is an unusual, but not unprecedented, observation.  It will get a mention in the Stony Creek Gazette!
