Hi!
Does anyone know if, Yellow-throated Scrubwrens hybridise with, or can, with the White-Browed Scrubwrens? The reason being that some of the W.B.Sws in the reserve at Warden Head, have a distinct yellow breast against a pale yellowish wash. I recently spotted a Y.T.S or so I thought until I noticed it had the the little white chevrons on the wing, the same bird had a darkish eye against a light coloured eye that W.B.Ws have. I have no doubt that it was a W.B.S. that I seen but its the yellow breast that has me intrigued as the sub species "laevigaster" is in Q/land as far as I know.

Cheers

PS. Things are starting to move again down here, Besides the Osprey there a single Glossy Ibis along with hoardes of R.Wattlebirds
