This afternoon about 2pm as we were driving towards Uriarra Crossing,
about 3 km before the crossing, a large dark falcon shot across the
road in front of us and rapidly disappeared. On size grounds alone I'd
say it was a Black Falcon. Worth keeping an eye out for in that area
anyway
