Hi everyone,

This is very off-topic, but I'm wondering if anyone can help me with our Brivis "Buffalo" gas heating system.  I have no idea how to operate it (we didn't need heating in BrisVegas), and I figured someone on the COG list probably knows what to do.

The system works, in that air is blowing up through the vents into the house, and I can set the temperature using the control box in the lounge.  Outside, the gas is connected and through the sliding panel I can see the gas pilot light is on.  The only problem is the air coming through seems to be ambient rather than heated.  This isn't a problem at the moment, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to need heating in a month or so!

If anyone can help, please email me privately so we don't clog up the birding list with irrelevant emails.

Thanks a lot!
Beth
