This weather being so warmish with that dry inland feel, no surprise to find these were some of the birds drinking at the small dam in the Newline paddock late this afternoon.  It’s good to see the DFTs back there.  This was probably the main bird that drew attention to the possibilities of this unpromising enclosure when it was ‘discovered’ about 15 years ago.
