Do birds read chatlines?

5pm this evening, two birds (based on colouration) were still present

at Acacia Inlet.  I walked around to the western side of the inlet

near the toilet block, where there is an obvious fisherman's track to

the water's edge with a bank of reads beyond.  After watching for

several minutes, a possible female LB flew across the top of the reeds

and dropped down out of side on the far side.  Two minutes later,

a darker bird, probable male LB flew in from the far right and

continued out of sight in the direction of the Glenloch interchange.

Change of guard on a nest, perhaps?
