Yes really quite surprising....the fence at the foot of the Chain Of ponds said it all....We got a very respectable  45 mms at Hackett and the Dams on the trail up to the High level reservoir only rose maybe 300 mm so I guess it was a freak cloud burst,they often get narrow belts of rain through the back of Majura,surprising the Airport  never got a decent fall though....Terry Gourlay
