Hi listers,
I just (8pm) saw a Sacred Kingfisher fly just in front of me on the bike path adjacent to Drakeford Drive in Monash. It flew into the bushland on the other side of Drakeford Drive near the lake. I have never seen a sacred Kingfisher before, only Kookaburras and Azure Kingfishers. I had no idea how small they were, I was expecting them to be bit bigger. I also saw an Australian Pipit opposite Bunnings yesterday.
Alberta Hayes.
