Superb parrots at Goorooyarroo

There were 4 and possibly 6 Superb parrots at Goorooyarroo Nature Reserve this afternoon. One pair was behaving very domestically at a cavity in a larger eucalypt near the informational sign not 5 minutes walk from the parking area. When I approached the male, he chattered quite a bit but didn't move. It wasn't until I got a little closer that the female showed herself. She flew into a nearby tree, the male followed and perched slightly above her, where they remained until I moved off. Could this be a nest site?
