This morning John and I saw a Buff Banded Rail at the dam in North Watson
(between Stirling Reserve and Roma Mitchell Crescent). This dam is a few
years old now since they started building new houses in North Watson and
it's the first time we have seen anything really interesting on it. A lot of
sedgey looking plants have grown up around the edge.
