I spent a lovely few hours at Goorooyaroo this morning - finally without the dreadful winds of the last few days. Highlights included a male Superb PArrot flying over the northern woodland where they are ususally seen near the boundary with Mulligans Flat, 2 male Red-capped Robins in territorial dispute, and a Hooded Robin on a nest. The nest was in a scraggly regrowth E. blakelyi, as is typical, but was only 30cm above the ground.
