John Harling rang me just now. He is in town
for 2 more days and is keen to go out birding with any COG member who has some
time. He went looking for the Gang-gang at the ANBG today but dipped,
though he did see the Powerful Owl.
If anyone has some time to take John out (he
doesn't have a car and is staying in Kingston) ) I'll be very grateful if
you could let me know and I'll pass on his details. He would be interested
in spots such as the Jerrabomberra wetlands/Campbell Park. Apparently he
did write to COG some months back to say he was coming, but it seems to have
fallen through the cracks.
